Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, no questions asked. If Bug Bounty Center doesn't meet your expectations, we want to make it right.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply send an email to bugbountycenter@gmail.com with the email address you used to purchase. Include your order number or license key if available.

We aim to process all refund requests within 3-5 business days.

3. Eligibility

• Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
• Refunds apply to the initial purchase. Subsequent subscription renewals are not eligible for refund, but you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
• Each customer is eligible for one refund. Repeated purchases and refund requests may be declined.

4. Refund Method

All refunds are processed through our payment processor, Polar.sh, who acts as the Merchant of Record. The refund will be returned to your original payment method.

5. After a Refund

Upon processing your refund, your license key will be deactivated. You will no longer have access to Bug Bounty Center. Any data stored locally on your machine remains yours and is not affected by the refund.

6. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refund is issued for the remaining time.

Refund: A full refund within the 14-day window will immediately revoke your license and end your subscription.
